Here is how you make your own effective henna paste – completely natural:

1. Mixing the paste
   
   Mix the henna powder with warm water to form a creamy, spreadable paste.
   
   Optional: A pinch of sugarfor better adhesion to the skin and a few drops of essential oil(e.g., eucalyptus or lavender) to intensify the color effect.
   
   Stir the mixture vigorously – for at least 10 minutes – until it is completely smooth.
   
   For extra fine results: strain through a fine stocking or a sieveto remove any lumps.
   
   Then leave to rest covered at room temperature for 5–8 hoursso that the dye can fully develop.
   
2. Applying henna
   
   Apply the finished paste to clean, oil-free skin using a cone or applicator. Freehand or with a stencil – just as you like.
   
3. Drying & fixing
   
   Let the henna air dry. As soon as it starts to dry, you can brush it with a sugar-water solution– this keeps the crust supple and extends the setting time.
   
   For the best color development: leave the henna on for 6–12 hours, ideally overnight.
   
4. Removing the crust & care
   
   Gently scrape offthe dried paste, do not wash it off. You should avoid water and soap for the first 24 hours.
   
   A high-quality skin oilcan deepen the color tone and extend its longevity.
